On this dwelling the Owners needed to added a Granny Annexe for the benefit of their aging parents and this was undertaken by Living by Design back in October 2020 a full planning application was submitted along with a Full Building Regulations application and this was duly approver
by the Authority on the 9th November 2020 and this can be inspected on the Somerset West Planning Portal under Application No: 43/20/0106
