View Drawings: Project 1 - Ludd House

The Owners of Ludd House want to improve and extend their property and up date the dwelling to bring it back to a modern family home. The challenge here is the complex nature of the existing dwelling with level variations and problems affecting internal damp to the whole of the rear elevations of the property.

My involvement has been to survey the existing dwelling and provide a set of drawings to enable a Planning Application to be submitted to the local planning authority, this has been done and can be inspected via the Planning Portal for South Hams District Planning Authority covered under application No : 2556/21/HHO
